I have been a teacher for the past 10 years; the past 6 years being an English Language Learning Specialist, focused on creating dynamic and integrated ELL programming that not only supports ELL students in instruction throughout the school day, but welcomes and embraces the cultures and languages of all students and families. I am also passionate about building the capacity of all educators to be "ELL educators." After helping found a school with an amazing team in East Harlem, NYC, where we prioritized dynamic and integrated programming for English Language Learners, I have become passionate about helping other schools do the same. I created this website with a dual vision: to collaborate with teachers and families in my past school, as well as a to collaborate and share resources, ideas and dynamic ELL programming with schools everywhere. I believe that there are so many aspects to supporting English Language Learners, and I would love to connect with you to determine the best next steps in ELL programming at your school. I dream of a world where we are all connected; "building bridges" between schools, educators and families to share our best practices, ideas and resources as we not only support, but embrace, celebrate and include the diversity of students and families that we have. I have started this website as a means to start this.

Please reach out to me to collaborate: christinaeve@gmail.com. I am excited about all of the possibilities!
